How To Make Cappuccino


Cappuccino is another innovation of the Italians, and another drink for coffee lovers. It consists mainly of coffee, with the addition of milk or some other ingredients, and is decorated with cream, foam, chocolate, coffee powder, or cinnamon powder. According to the Italian recipe, the cappuccino is based on the principle of one-third. That is, one-third of the espresso coffee, one-third of the milk, and one-third of the cream – they are whisked together, and the cream rises on the face of the cup and is decorated later.

Cappuccino is a drink rich in calories because of the ingredients it contains; Its amount may reach 300 calories, and the word cappuccino means the small cup, and the meaning may be due to the Capuchin monks, as it refers to what they usually have.

Cappuccino with milk


  • Four cups of liquid milk.
  • Four tablespoons of instant coffee.
  • Four tablespoons of sugar.
  • Half a cup of water.
  • Cinnamon or grated chocolate for garnish.

Preparation method

Heat the liquid milk over a low heat without bringing it to a boil. Bring the bowl of the electric mixer, put instant coffee , sugar, and water in it, and run the mixer until the ingredients are mixed and you have a foamy mixture.

Bring serving cups, and put a tablespoon of the previous mixture in them. Pour hot milk over mugs, and decorate as desired with cinnamon, grated chocolate, or even coffee powder .

Cappuccino with cream


  • 2 tablespoons of instant coffee powder.
  • 4 tablespoons of powdered milk powder.
  • A cup of cream.
  • 2 big spoons of sugar.
  • 2 cups of hot water.

Preparation method

Put the powdered milk, water and coffee together, and mix them well until the ingredients are well combined. Put the previous mixture with sugar in the electric mixer until the ingredients are well mixed. Add the cream to the bowl of the electric mixer and run it again until the ingredients are homogeneous. Distribute the quantity on serving cups, and decorate.

Cold cappuccino


  • 3 tablespoons and one third of coffee powder .
  • a cup of warm water.
  • A liter of chilled liquid milk.
  • Five teaspoons of sugar.
  • Fifteen ice cubes.

Preparation method

Bring a bowl, put the coffee powder , sugar, and warm water, close the bowl tightly, and shake well until you have foam. This step can be prepared using an electric mixer to shorten the time. Bring the serving cups and put in each cup three cubes of ice, and then put the previous mixture in them. Add milk to each cup and serve cold.

Cappuccino cake


  • Four cappuccinos.
  • Three tablespoons of cocoa powder, sifted well.
  • Nuts for garnish as desired.
  • Quarter cup of granulated sugar.
  • One and a half cups of liquid milk.
  • Two cans of cream.
  • Four envelopes of whipping cream powder.
  • Large box of swiss roll cake, chocolate flavour .

How to prepare

Mix the cream powder, cream caramel, ground sugar, and cappuccino well in the electric mixer until the ingredients overlap with each other, then start adding liquid milk gradually, and mix until the mixture becomes sticky.

Cut a swiss roll mold, then place it in the bottom of the mold or a pyrex dish, pour a third of the mixture over it and distribute it evenly. Add more cocoa to the remaining 1/3 of the mixture until it turns darker in color.

Put another layer of chocolate for the last third, and add the mixture until you have a darker layer, and you can add more layers by dividing it into a larger number. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for four hours, so that it hardens well.Garnish the cappuccino dessert with hazelnuts or nuts of your choice, then cut them and serve cold.
