Medical alcohol

Sodium carbonate

The use of sodium carbonate is one of the easiest way to remove the stains without damaging the cloth.

Dip a damp and clean cloth in baking soda. Wipe the nail polish stain with the cloth and keep rubbing gently until the stain is completely removed from the clothes. Then wash the cloth with water to remove any traces of baking soda.

Use Isopropanol

This is done by removing the stain from the inside. You do this by turning the cloth to show its inner side. Next spread the place of the stain on a drying paper and pat the area with a cotton swab that has alcohol. This method helps dismantle the stain, and facilitate its absorption by using Blotting paper. Then next wash the stain with hot water and repeat until it disappears.

How to remove nail polish from jeans

To remove nail polish stains from jeans, we recommend to use the following steps;

You can start by spraying the stain with hairspray. Then take a clean cloth and place it on the nail polish stain and press on it. Be careful not to rub on it so it doesn’t spread and become larger. Take many paper towels and place them over the stain, then turn the jeans over until the outer side is the inner one.

Next soak a clean cloth with acetone. The back of the nail polish stain should then be wiped with the cloth until the stain is completely removed from the jeans. This is done by transferring the stain to the cloth.

• Nail polish stains must be removed from clothes as soon as they occur. This is because when you delay cleaning it might get more difficult to clean.
• A nail file can be used to remove the dry stain from the nail polish before using one of the methods without causing damage to it. This will help make the stain lighter and easier to remove.  
• Use a commercial stubborn stain remover that can be obtained from the market.
• Never leave the bottle of nail polish open while doing the nail polish.
