How to Prepare Mouth-watering Steak
Grilled steak
Ingredients
- 6 pieces of beef steak, each approximately 250 grams.
- A quarter cup of vinegar, 60 ml.
- A quarter cup of olive oil, 55 ml.
- Garlic cloves.
- A teaspoon of black pepper.
- One teaspoon of salt.
- A teaspoon of oregano.
Preparation
Place the pieces of meat on a parchment paper, and pound them with a meat mallet until they become thin. Then prepare the seasoning by mixing:
- salt, pepper
- vinegar
- mashed garlic
- oregano
- olive oil
- chili
Mix the above types of spices together, until they are combined and have the consistency of a sauce. Then season the steak slices, cover with nylon, and keep in the refrigerator for several hours until they are well absorbed.
Place a grid on the oven tray, and put the steak slices on it. Put the tray into the oven, turn on the grill, and leave it until it’s done. You should avoid leaving the steak in the oven for a long time, to keep it from being hard and dry.
Steak slices are served hot. Either served directly, or wrapped in aluminium until. They are served with mashed potatoes or sautéed vegetables can be served alongside grilled steak.
Mushroom steak
Ingredients
- 2 pieces of meat, approximately 500 grams.
- A cup of mushrooms.
- Onion cut into slices.
- Cloves garlic mashed.
- Half a cup of chopped parsley.
- Half a teaspoon of dry coriander.
- Small spoon of salt.
- A quarter of a teaspoon of paprika.
- 120 grams of butter.
- A cup and a half of cooking cream, 375 ml.
- A cup of meat broth, 250 ml.
Preparation
Prepare the butter paper, and put the spices on it. Place the steak pieces on a parchment paper, and pound with a meat mallet on both sides. Then melt the butter and place the steak pieces on the butter, and brown them on both sides. Wrap the steak in aluminium foil to keep it hot.
Fry the onions and garlic in the pan in place of the steak, and add the mushrooms to them. The same pot in which the steak was cooked must be used, to give the mushrooms the flavour of the meat.
Add the meat broth to it, leave it on the fire until it boils, and add salt and pepper to it. The cooking cream is placed on the mushroom mixture, and you can add rosemary, and dry thyme to the mushrooms to get a better flavor. Stir the cream well, and leave it on the fire for at least a quarter of an hour.
Beef steak with vegetables
Ingredients
- A large onion, chopped.
- A kilo of steak.
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes.
- A large carrot, peeled and cut into circles.
- Large zucchini, cut into circles.
- 2 cloves garlic mashed.
- Green pepper cut into cubes.
- a small spoonful of salt;
- A tablespoon of vinegar.
- Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
- Half a teaspoon of ground ginger.
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
Preparation steps
Cut the steak with a knife. Season steak with salt, pepper, vinegar, ginger and olive oil, and leave for at least an hour. Boil potatoes, zucchini, carrots, peppers and onions, and put them alone. Then put the steak seasoning in a frying pan on the fire, then fry the pieces over a low heat until they are cooked on both sides. Cover the steak with aluminium to keep it hot, and put the boiled vegetables in its place on the fire, and stir well to get the flavour of the seasoning. Steak and vegetables are served hot, and a plate of white rice can be served with it.
Fried beef steak
Ingredients
- A kilo of steak.
- 400 grams of meat fat.
- 9 tablespoons of butter.
- Dry thyme – to taste.
- 2 cloves garlic peeled.
- Rosemary – as desired.
- Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
- Teaspoon salt.
Preparation steps
Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat the meat fat over the fire, until it melts and appears foamy. Add steak to the fat, and fry until firm on the bottom.Turn the steak to the other side.
Add half the butter, dry thyme, garlic cloves, and rosemary to the steak slices. You can fry the mushrooms in the same pot after you finish frying the steak. After the fried steak is cooked, remove the herbs, and can be cut and served with the juices left in the pot. The fried steak can be garnished with chopped parsley.
Beef steak with brown sauce
Steak Ingredients
- A kilo of beef steaks.
- 5 tablespoons of flour.
- Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
- Small spoon of salt.
- 2 tablespoons of oil.
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 cups of sliced mushrooms.
- Two chopped onions.
- 2 cups of meat broth, 500 ml.
Preparation steps
Season the steaks with salt and pepper, and you can use different types of spices as desired. Cover the meat completely with flour. Put the oil in a frying pan on the fire, and the oil can be replaced with butter to prepare the meat steak. Fry steak in oil until cooked through and brown.
Steps to prepare the sauce
Remove the steak from the skillet, put the onion in its place, and mix well. Add the meat broth to the onion, and put a pinch of salt and black pepper on it until it boils. Add the mushrooms to the broth, and leave on the fire until the sauce becomes thick.
Beef steak with white sauce
Steak Ingredients
- A cup and a half of flour, or approximately 375 grams.
- ¼ teaspoon of black pepper.
- A teaspoon of garlic powder.
- Small spoon of salt.
- Half a cup of vegetable oil, which is 125 ml.
- 2 cups of yogurt, 500 ml.
Sauce Ingredients
- Tablespoon of butter.
- A tablespoon of flour.
- Half a cup of liquid milk, 125 ml.
- A quarter of a teaspoon of mustard.
- pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper.
Preparation steps
Mix the flour, black pepper and garlic powder together in a small bowl. Season the steak with the mixture of the previous spices, then dip it in the milk, then the spices again. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Put the steak slices in the oil, and fry until the steak is browned.
Steps to prepare the sauce
Melt the butter on the stove, and add the flour to it. Mix the butter well with the flour until combined. Add milk and mustard, stirring constantly. Sprinkle salt and black pepper to the previous mixture. Stir the ingredients well to get a homogeneous sauce. Serve with steak after it is cooked.

- Small spoon of salt.
Creamy Mushroom Sauce Ingredients
- 200 gm. mushrooms, sliced
- A cup of cooking cream, approximately 250 ml.
- Salt.
- A teaspoon of butter.
Preparation steps
Steps to prepare the steak
Place the steak slices on a plate, and season with salt, black pepper, and rosemary. Heat the oil and butter on the stove, and fry the steak until done.
Steps to prepare the cream sauce with mushrooms
Heat the butter over a medium heat. Add mushrooms, and stir until wilted and golden. Put the cream on the mushrooms, and add salt. Leave on fire until homogeneous.
