The World Health Organization (WHO) defines overweight and obesity as an excessive accumulation of fat, which poses a danger to human health. Increasing the duration of exercise

When you exercise, your body loses calories in order to get more energy. Did you know that your body keeps burning more calories even when you’re done exercising? Well yes! However, the continuation of burning calories depends on your general appearance and how long you work out. The longer you exercise, the more calories your body burns and the faster your metabolism speeds up.

To avoid getting insomnia from coffee it is recommended to drink only about 4 cups a day.

Eat frequent small meals

The body needs energy for digestion to take place. Eating smaller meals but more frequently burns more calories.

Persistence on eating breakfast

It has been proven that not eating breakfast can lead to weight gain. Studies have shown that people who don’t eat breakfast consume more calories throughout the day. Consuming more calories leads to gaining weight and associated with a greater BMI in adolescents.

Drinking water

Drinking half a litre of water increases the burning of calories by 24-30%. Therefore, drinking water helps reduce the number of calories that a person eats. The effect of water is that you will lose weight fast, especially when replaced by sugar drinks.

Eat hot peppers

Chili peppers contain the compound capsaicin, which may increase the body’s burning rate of fat and reduce appetite. This is the truth of some fat burning and weight loss recipes – Chilli!

Fat burning with lemon

Many have claimed to have lost weight by drinking lemon with hot water. There is no scientific evidence for this though. Drinking water with lemon may contribute to enhancing the feeling of satiety, which contributes to reducing the intake of calories and losing weight.  

Honey

There is a possibility of preventing weight gain by cutting out table sugar and using honey instead. Also another study found honey has the ability to activate hormones in order to reduce appetite.

Burning fat with detox drinks

Detox drinks help to lose weight. Also the same applies to detox water, which is produced by adding flavors from fruits, vegetables, or herbs. As mentioned previously, water can increase the speed of human metabolism and burn calories. A study has shown that people who drink water before eating a meal lost 40% more weight. In addition, drinking water is associated with reducing appetite. Therefore, the benefit of water detox in losing weight is due to the benefit of water in general, not what is added to it during its manufacture.
