Ipapayi iteye ku buryo irinda za bagiteri, n’ibindi binyabuzima bizwi nka fungi. Nanone ifite anti-oxida (antioxidant) zituma uruhu rugarura ubuyanja. Turmeric (soma ‘‘tumerik’’): Ifu y’umuhondo iva mu gihingwa cyo mu bwoko bwa tangawizi
