Akamaro K’ibyatsi Biribwa

Iyo abantu batekereje ibyatsi biribwa bahita bibwbira ko ari bya bindi birura by’ubuvuzi, ariko mu byukuri ibyatsi biribwa bishobora kuba ibintu byinshi by’ingirakamaro mu buzima cyane cyane mu guteka. Icyinzari

Romarin
Romarin igira impumuro nziza ndetse abantu benshi bakunda kuyishyira mu biryo kubera impumuro yayo ariko kandi igira akamaro kenshi harimo no kuba ari antioxydant.

Timu (Thyme)
Timu yajyaga ikoreshwa mu misiri kubera akamaro kayo mu buvuzi n’uburyohe yongera mu biryo. Timu ni nziza kuyongera mu biryo kuko iha ingufu ubudahangarwa bw’umubiri, igafasha imitsi gukura ndetse igafasha n’imyanya y’ubuhemekero. Timu ishobora no gufasha umubiri kugira itoto no gusa neza.
